What People Are Saying...

To make a long story short; by the time I finished my running routine I felt no pain what so ever...... Ah ha! As a matter of fact; I felt nothing by the end of it all, when I usually feel some muscle exhaustion in the form of pain. It was a good feeling. I still have to keep working on my posture and on my breathing, but, it's a work in progress.
