This 12 or 16-week group training program is designed to prepare you for a successful sprint, Olympic, or half-ironman distance triathlon. Whether you are a beginner or looking for more structured training with like-minded people, this program will optimize your training and race potential. In this program, you will explore a full range of basic and advanced training techniques, information that you will use for the rest of your triathlon career.
Training includes a daily workout program, a coached group session each week, and support of your team and coaches’ triathlon goals. OnPoint Fitness will provide you with the building blocks to a successful triathlon season.

This program is designed for the exercise enthusiast looking for a new challenge. No experience necessary, and no special bike is needed. If you can swim 1 lap in a pool (any stroke or combination of strokes), bike for 20 minutes, and walk/jog 1 mile, we can get you ready for this race!

No race experience is necessary, but before the first training session, you should complete the sprint distances over separate workouts. If you have completed the sprint distance before, this clinic will also improve speed and technique.

So, you’ve caught the triathlon bug and want to increase the challenge? If you have already completed an Olympic distance race, this may be just the challenge for you. This program is formatted to prepare you for either a late summer to early fall Half Ironman Race.
Participants will need to be able to swim at least 100 meters at the start of training. Athletes needing to improve their swim stroke should sign up for our Private Swim Lesson Package before training or plan to take the lessons during training. Participants needing to sign up for the swim lessons will be provided a 25% Discount Code for the swim package.
