The Private & Semi-Private ChiWalking Clinic teaches the basic ingredients of the ChiWalking® Technique: Aligning yourself, Engage your core, Creating balance, and Focusing. You will get lots of personal attention and enjoy a rich learning experience packed with good information to help you walk injury-free for the rest of your life.
This workshop is very similar to the running workshop. We rebuild your walking form from the ground up – through aligning yourself, engaging your core, creating balance, and focusing – as well as many tips along the way.
Attend this session if you’re already practicing your ChiWalking focuses (attended a workshop or clinic) and want to improve your form, or if you want to explore one of our topics in more depth.
